Upgrade of the load testing station with a water re-cooling system

Due to the increasing number of enquiries for testing tasks at water-cooled machines we put into service a water re-cooling system at our load testing station in Pulversheim/France at the beginning of this year.

This system, developed by internal contribution of the group’s engineering department, especially allows the performance of load tests at water-cooled drive systems consisting of motor, frequency converter, and where required, transformer.

With a total re-cooling power of over 200 kW today’s complete power range of the testing station is covered yet a clear reserve is available for future power extensions of the testing station.

By using quick-release lock systems and corresponding adapters the highest level of connecting flexibility is attained.
