Generation change in the Helmke group of companies

More than seven years after the completion of the generation change on the management level of the family-owned Helmke group of companies,  a detailed succession plan has now effected this change on a shareholder level as well.

Subsequent to the transfer of the Helmke companies, Mr Titus Helmke runs the business of the Helmke group of companies as the fully liable sole proprietor with effect from 1 November 2011.

Today, we continue to expand upon our traditional strengths in engineering, the delivery of complex drive systems (units consisting of transformer, frequency converter, motor), the unique stock keeping of brand new high (now up to 20 MW) and low voltage motors and an ever increasing range of repair and maintenance services at home and abroad. At the same time, we continuously work on expanding our technical capacity through substantial targeted investments which allows us to smoothly respond to growing demand and requirements.
