In the course of such overhauling and reconditioning the following can be carried out:
- cleaning of motor and winding parts
- drying of winding parts in one of the three circulated air ovens
- preliminary test on all electrical elements
- preliminary test of all mechanical machine parts
Exterior protective coating according to Helmke standard as well as customer requirements:
- sand blasting of complete machine or its elements
- painting of all machine parts on open circuit air-cooled machines
- moisture protection and termite protection coating of winding elements
- final assembly and testing of motors with test report
- acid protection, tropic-proof, normal set-up
