Winding

 
In our up-to-date equipped works we produce windings for new machines as well as for repair work on low, medium, and dc voltage machines. Below we list the possibilities for the manufacture of:
 
High-voltage windings (1,400 kW, 3,300V, 6pole)
 
  • converter compatible low-voltage mush windings in temperature class F/H in voltage range up to 1,000 V and power range of 0.55 kW to approx. 1,500 kW
  • low-voltage former windings in temperature class F/H up to 1,000 V and power range up to 2,600 kW
  • high-voltage former windings made in resin-rich procedure in voltage range of 3,000/6,000/10,000 V +/-10% and power ranging from approx. 250 kW to approx. 5,000 kW in temperature class F
 
 
 
 
  • high-voltage former windings in vacuum pressure impregnation with soft coils in
    the voltage range 3,000/6,000/10,000 V ± 10 % and performances varying from approx.
    200 kW to approx. 5,000 kW in temperature class F
  • high-voltage stators with completed core in vacuum pressure impregnation with soft
    coils, voltages range 3,000/6,000/10,000 V± 10 % in temperature class F
  • low voltage mush windings with completed core in vacuum pressure impregnation for
    increased converter compatibility in the voltage range 230 V to 1,000 V in temperature
    class F/H
  • mush windings of pipe pump stators with completed core (going from 12“ to 21“),
    voltages range from 400 V to 6,600 V and performances go from 200 kW to 2,000 kW
    in vacuum pressure impregnation with soft coils in temperature class H
  • mush windings of pipe pump stators with completed core (8“ to 14“) in the voltage
    range 400 V to 1,000 V and performances ranging from 5.5 kW to 200 kW in vacuum
    pressure impregnation and temperature class H
  • high-voltage open-ended coil windings (half-performed one-layer windings) made
    in resin-rich procedure, voltages range 3,000/6,000/10,000 V ± 10 % and performances
    vary from 500 kW to approx 2,500 kW in temperature class H
  • bar rotor windings in temperature class F and voltage range up to approx. 3,000 V
  • rotor windings in temperature class F/H for all three-phase motors
  • DC stator coil windings in temperature class F/H within the whole performance range
  • DC armature windings in temperature class F/H within the whole performance range
  • DC armature bar windings in temperature class F/H
  • special excavating motors for underground use in frame size 315, 400 kW, 1,000 V
 
The high and low voltage windings must undergo large tests for quality assurance.
