Product engineering
In order to be able to fulfill even your most difficult demands we push new techniques by HELMKE´s own research and development department:
Design process:
- Electrical and mechanical design according to customer specification
- Calculation of electrical and thermal parameter
- Calculation of mechanical strengths and dimensions
- Creating of design documents
- Definition of strict quality control checks for components and sub-assemblies for intake inspections and in-process inspections on partners and Helmke side
- Definition of the final motor test to validate the design parameters

Design and development work is enhanced by the use of 3D design and finite element analysis software and a comprehensive choice of other computer based analysis systems for use in rotor dynamics, noise, thermal, stress analysis and electromagnetic studies.
