  • Converter compatible low-voltage mush windings in temperature class F or H in voltage range of up to 1,000 V and power range of 0.55 kW to approx. 1,500 kW
  • Converter compatible low-voltage form wound windings in temperature classes F or H up to 1,000 V and up to 2,600 kW
  • High-voltage form wound windings manufactured through resin-rich process in a voltage range of 3,000 or 6,000 +/-10% and power ranging from approx. 250 kW to approx. 5,600 kW in temperature class F
        
  • High-voltage form wound windings (VPI process) with soft coils, voltage ranges over 3,000/6,000/10,000 or 13,800 V (± 10 %), power range from approx. 200 kW up to 20,000 kW in temperature class F
  • High-voltage stators with completed core (VPI process) with softcoils, voltage ranges 3,000/6,000/10,000 or 13,800 V ±10 % in temperature class F
  • Low voltage mush windings with completed core (VIP process) for increased converter compatibility, voltage ranges from 230 V to 1,000 V in temperature classes F or H
  • Mush windings of pipe pump stators with completed core (going from 12" to 21"), voltage ranges from 400 V to 6,600 V and performances ranges from 200 kW to 2,000 kW in vacuum pressure impregnation with soft coils in temperature class H
  • Mush windings of pipe pump stators with completed core (going from 8" to 14"), voltage ranges from 400 V to 1,000 V and performances ranging from 5.5 kW to 200 kW in vacuum pressure impregnation with in temperature class H
  • High-voltage open-ended coil windings (half-performed one-layer windings) manufactured through resin-rich process, voltage ranges 3,000/6,000/10,000 V ± 10% and performances vary from 
  • 500 kW to approx 2,500 kW in temperature class H
  • Rotor windings in temperature class F and voltage range up to approx. 3,000 V
  • Rotor windings in temperature class F or H for all three-phase motors
  • DC stator coil windings in temperature class F or H within any performance range
  • DC armature windings in temperature class F or H within any performance range
  • DC armature bar windings in temperature class F or H
  • Special excavating motors for underground use in frame size 315, 400 kW, 1,000 V

The high and low voltage windings must undergo large tests for quality assurance.
